Job Description

Own the execution system that takes brands from $0 to 5-figures in 90 days — and builds a machine that scales them to $100K/month within 6 months.

You’re the operator responsible for growing GMV by driving the right creators, content, briefs, and testing cadence, client communication — in sync with our paid media lead.

Who are we looking for?

  • A GMV-driven operator who thinks in sales
  • Process-led, checklist-brained, and obsessed with clean systems
  • An executor who understands angles, hooks, and content strategy
  • A great person to work with & excel at building relations with clients
  • Relentlessly resourceful — if it breaks, you leverage the resources you have (our team, personal research etc.) to fix it.

  • You’ve worked in ecom either on TikTok Shop, or creator/affiliate ops
  • You want to build, not just execute — you take ownership and make things happen
  • You get energy from solving problems, not waiting for direction
  • You want to work directly with a founder and build something that outperforms the industry
  • You’re cool with working in a small team in the early days
  • Bonus: TikTok user or creator [Not mandatory]
  • You need constant supervision or step-by-step instructions
  • You see this as “just a job” instead of a chance to build something
  • You don’t take client communication and reporting seriously — we build partnerships, not transactions
  • You expect every process to already be built for you
  • You’re not willing to push beyond your current skill set
