Job Description

Own the creator network and community that drives GMV across our portfolio of 7-figure brands, along with a team (TTS Lead Specialist + TTS Operator)

You’re the Affiliate & Community Lead responsible for sourcing, activating, coaching, and retaining the creators who make TikTok Shop work.and for building the kind of community top creators don’t want to leave. You’ll run the creator side end-to-end across up to 5 brands, working hand-in-hand with our TTS Specialists who own the brand strategy.

Important: This isn’t a creator outreach role. This is a build-the-moat role. The creators you nurture and the community you build become Volyat’s most defensible asset.

Who are we looking for?

  • A relationship-driven operator who thinks in retention, not just recruitment
  • Process-led, checklist-brained, and obsessed with keeping creators happy and producing
  • Someone who understands what makes a creator tick (hooks, payouts, recognition, belonging)
  • A great communicator who can run weekly coaching calls with top creators.
  • Relentlessly resourceful — if it breaks, you leverage the resources you have (our team, personal research etc.) to fix it.
