I built Volyat running the main pod myself: strategy, client calls, the P&L. It got us official TikTok Shop partner status in the US and the UK, and a short client list I’m proud of. It also made me the bottleneck.

This role exists because I’m stepping out of the pod. My job now is building the first AI-native agency in TikTok Shop: fewer people, better systems, and the growth partner a brand hands its whole channel to. That only works if the person who takes the pod runs it better than I did.

Excellent written and spoken English, and presentable on a client call.
A TikTok Shop you can document at $200k+ a month.
Decent working knowledge of TikTok Shop end to end: listings, creators, seeding, campaigns, GMV Max.
Essential knowledge of brand building and DTC generally, not TikTok Shop in isolation.
Organized and structured. You hold a book of brands straight without being chased for it.
Want to be AI-native, or close enough that you experiment constantly and learn fast.
You think in systems, optimization and efficiency. Work repeated by hand reads as a bug to you.

The math

Base that grows with your book, plus a cut of what your pod earns.

Base is $3,500 a month for a book of up to five brands, on a full-time contract. Every brand past the fifth adds $200 a month, for as long as that brand stays. On top of that, a third of what Volyat earns in performance fees from your brands goes to your pod as a bonus, and you take the larger share of it.

The plan runs past this pod.

The aim is a roster of pods, all run the same way, until Volyat is the name people think of for TikTok Shop delivery. Past 2 to 3 pods the book needs a Head of Delivery, and running the main pod well puts you at the front of that conversation.

Your number grows with the book

Past five brands, every one you add or keep raises your base that month, and every dollar your pod drives raises your share. Take on a second pod as the book expands and it compounds again.

Why the pay is built this way

A bigger flat salary was an option. We chose upside instead, because this seat only works if you think like an owner. The client-linked base, your pod’s bonus and the Head of Delivery path are all the same bet: that you’re that person.
