Growth Lead · client acquisition · full funnel
We’re looking for the person who’ll build the machine that fills our client book, and get paid on everything it produces.
Lists, personalization, flows, replies, booked calls: the whole outbound funnel is yours.
A note from Saief
Why this seat exists.

I’m Saief, Volyat’s founder. We’re a boutique team of four, official TikTok Shop partner in the US and the UK, with clients on the record and numbers behind every claim. And every one of those clients came through me: my network, my results, my calls. There’s no outbound machine yet.
That machine is this job, and you’d build it working directly with me. The lists, the personalization, the flows, the replies, the booked calls: yours, end to end. I take the calls you book. If you want to take some all the way to a close yourself, that lane is open and it pays extra.
One thing to be clear about: this is not a volume game. 3,000 researched, well-set emails a month with high reply rates beat 50,000 a month of spray and pray, and the pay is built to reward exactly that. Build the machine well and the seat above it, Head of Growth, is yours to grow into.
Why Volyat
You’d be selling something that works.
And the clients say it in their own words:
“Totally transformed my business… get started with them yesterday!”
“Please try to slow sales from today.”
“They're hands-on, know what they're doing, and most importantly we don't have to chase or follow up constantly.”
Every claim in your emails comes with a number or a quote behind it, and a delivery team stands behind every deal you land. What you’d have behind you:
- Case studies, numbers, and testimonials cleared for outbound use, so your emails carry proof, never puffery.
- The TSP badge in both markets you'd be selling into.
- Infrastructure that's already warm: domains and inboxes live and ready, so you're sending from day one instead of babysitting a warmup.
- The stack we run today: Instantly, Sendr.ai, Sending.ac, and StoreCensus. Open to adding more when the system needs it.
- The founder on the calls you book. You fill the calendar, the diagnostic itself is handled.
The role
The whole funnel, cold list to booked call.
- The whole funnel, end to end: from a cold list to a booked call on our calendar.
- List building and enrichment against our ICP: 7 to 9 figure DTC brands in beauty, wellness, and CPG. Quality over volume, every time.
- Personalization with depth, built with AI: what we say, to whom, in what order.
- Deliverability, domains, and volume. The unglamorous work that decides whether any of it lands.
- Replies and setting: you turn interest into booked Growth Diagnostics, pre-sold before they arrive.
- Your own reporting: pipeline, replies, booked, signed. You'll know your numbers because they're your pay.
The bar
What you’ll need.
- Remote, working ET hours. Location doesn't matter; proficient spoken and written English does.
- You've built and run cold-email systems that booked meetings: lists, enrichment, flows, deliverability, replies.
- Expert with Claude Code or similar. Personalization with depth is the job, and AI is how it scales.
- You hold the line on lead quality: ICP-fit lists and researched angles, never spray and pray.
- Hands-on with the modern outbound stack, and quick to learn the one we run.
- An ownership mindset: you build independently and move before anyone asks.
- Optional: you can run a sales call and close. That lane is open here, and it pays extra.

Who thrives here, and who doesn’t.
Most of this pay follows results, and the results here come from precision, never from volume. That shape either pulls you in or it puts you off. Both reactions are useful.
You’ll thrive if
- You've built an outbound machine before and want to own one outright this time.
- Commission-heavy math makes you start calculating, not sweating.
- You write emails that get answered, and you treat deliverability as a craft.
- You look at the Head of Growth seat and start planning how to earn it.
Probably not for you if
- Your plan is volume: blast ten thousand addresses and see what sticks. That plan fails here.
- You'd be learning outbound on this job. Come in already good at it.
- You want a salary that stays the same whether the calendar fills or stays empty.
- You need leads handed to you. Here, building the list is the job.
The math
A small base. A large everything else.
$1,000 a month base. $100 for every qualified call you book. When a client signs from your pipeline, 10% of the deal, an extra $350 to $500 depending on what they sign, then a 6% trailer on the deal in their second and third months. After that it stops, and you’re already signing the next one.
We pay on signed clients for a reason: we want the highest-quality prospects, pre-sold with our resources before they ever reach the call. What counts as qualified is in writing from day one, and payouts land monthly.
Three tiers, worked out

Now drag the sliders and build your own month:

Illustrative only. Not a guarantee or an offer. Deal-based math shown at the middle of each range. Qualification rules are in writing from day one, and payouts land monthly.
Where this goes
The machine you build becomes a department.
Today this is a builder’s seat: one person, the whole funnel. The plan is that the machine you build ends up feeding several delivery pods, and at that point growth becomes its own function with a Head of Growth over it. Whoever built the machine has first claim on that seat, and the agency it feeds keeps creating bigger ones.
